4. Cash on Delivery

FLEXENDER currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method.

Customers are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive their orders.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched and the customer has been notified that the package has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

6. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is approximately 3–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Replacement and Product Issues

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or faulty product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, together with clear photo or video proof.

Approved replacements are processed free of charge according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. No Cash Refunds

FLEXENDER does not provide cash refunds.

Eligible product issues are handled through replacement according to our applicable policy.

Customers agree not to:
